- Understand and be able to perform key stages of data processing and analysis (programming is a plus)
- Be comfortable working with messy data, cleaning, structuring, and making sense of it
- Have strong curiosity, asking the right questions before jumping into analysis
- Be able to apply generative AI and other AI tools to enhance data workflows and efficiency
- Have a growth mindset to continuously learn in a fast-moving environment
- Possess 1–2 years of experience in data-related roles
