Sensatia – Brand Rejuvenation

After 25 years in the Indonesian beauty industry, known by many as Sensatia Botanicals, the brand recognized the need to refresh its identity to better reflect its natural evolution and connect with a broader, increasingly conscious consumer base. While its core values of clean beauty remained strong, the brand aimed to be bolder, more inclusive, and clearly communicate its enhanced commitment to a cleaner, more sustainable future.

Sensatia partnered with Maverick to manage the rebranding. This involved creating new social media content including a manifesto video, training the internal team on the rebrand, and developing a simple easy to remember ”3C” message (Clean Ingredients, Clean Environment, Clean Business) to explain their clean beauty commitment. Maverick also organized media events in Jakarta, Bandung, and Surabaya to build awareness.

The rebranding successfully launched Sensatia’s new identity and highlighted its focus on clean beauty and sustainability. The “3C” message made their values easy to understand, and the media events generated positive attention across key Indonesian cities.
